High flux purification and sterilization device
This system uses a super-hydrophilic cellulose acetate membrane, boasting high permeability that surpasses conventional ultrafiltration (UF) membrane standards. By replacing tap water with water filtered through UF membranes from industrial water, groundwater, and river water, it is possible to reduce water supply costs.
Additionally, it is also possible to perform advanced treatment of wastewater and reuse it.
This system employs UF membranes as a replacement for traditional coagulation-sedimentation and sand filtration devices. The UF membranes used in this system are certified by the Water Technology Center for drinking water membrane modules, ensuring high safety and reliability based on extensive achievements and experience, making them suitable for the disinfection and clarification of well water, industrial water, river water, and seawater.
The UF membranes can remove pathogens, turbidity components, bacteria, and viruses, providing highly treated water.
Since UF membranes are used, coagulants are not required, significantly reducing chemical costs. The system is compactly unitized, requiring approximately 50-70% of the installation area compared to conventional methods, achieving space savings.
It can operate unmanned due to an automatic control system.
